Using App Connect and Claude

The App Connect MCP server is currently in alpha. Feedback welcome.

Manual setup

1. Go to Settings > Connectors > Add Custom Connector
2. Enter the App Connect MCP Server: https://unified-crm-extension.labs.ringcentral.com/mcp

Only account owners can add custom connectors

On Team and Enterprise plans, only Owners can add custom connectors to the organization. Once a connector has been added, users individually connect to and enable it. So if you're on one of those plans, check with your org owner/admin to add App Connect's custom MCP Server.
